After you've earned the Z Flip3 and have reached the level of two, you are able to continue to complete quests towards becoming level eight and getting the Charli Cheer Leader XCX outfit.
Level two quest - Dance at Cyber City
To complete the quest at level two and advance to level 3 you must dance in Cyber City.
Level three quest - Try the Rising Lava Obby
You can find the Rising Lava Obby by leaving Cyber City. Follow the circular path around until you reach the planet and leaderboard.
